EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT

Following pH neutralization, chemicals are added to the Effluent Treatment Plant process to precipitate dissolved solids, chemicals, and colors that settle out. Subsequent treatments reduce BOD and COD levels, and the treated water is then sent to a reverse osmosis system for further purification.

REVERSE - OSMOSIS

We use a three-stage RO process to progressively reduce

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) at each stage. This ensures the wastewater is significantly purified before reaching the Effluent Treatment Plant.

We use a reject management system for Mechanical Vapor Recompression Evaporators (MVRE) . It concentrates the effluent by evaporating water, and the concentrated liquid is then transferred to an ATFD, where it is further evaporated and converted into mixed salt and sludge.

The salts and sludges are sent to TAMILNADU WASTE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

We dry our Hazardous waste in Polypropelene sheets, providing containment  and enhancing safety by minimizing the risk of spills or worker exposure.

The sludges are squeezed using a screw gauge filtering machine

We put the wastes from AGRO and the Municipal Corporation to use by using briquettes instead of firewood.

We maintain 25% greenery on our company premises.
